장기요양보호서비스 공급주체로서 비공식적 자원의 재도입 방안 = The Plan of Re-introduction of Informal Resources as Supply System of Long-Term Care Service

This study explores to the plan of re-introduction the linkages formal and informal resources as supply system in long-term care service. In western countries, even if the increase of Long-Term Care System, informal carer as family still has been emphasized. In this context, recently the trend of institutionalization of rewards and support for informal care have been introduced in OECD countries. Specially, social support for carer labor call forth concern. We can say that this introducing of institutions is the trial to incorporate informal care and social long-term care system. It`s important to the linkages of informal and formal resources. Therefore this study propose a strategy that the linkage of formal service as the type of informal support, based on the conceptions such as re-familisation and bridging effect.
