여가복지와 생활 질(質)의 관련성에 관한 고찰 = Speculation of the Relation Between the Quality of Like and Leisure Time Welfare

Modem days people seek for high quality of life which is achieved by the leisure policy. The aim of this study is to provide appropriate information for the leisure policy, by analysing the relation between the leisure and the quality of life. 1. The quality of life means human life, quality and value by equivalent opportunity offered to people. The relation between leisure and the quality of life existed when labour and obligation are fulfilled. Lavbour and obligation have a close relationship with leisure life of a person, providing the necessary resources to carry on life. 2. However, the leisure life which people are carrying one are unsatisfying, passive and not value-generation which is more related to the social policy. Also the traffic congestion is bringing up with the unhappiness thus the sound concept of leisure was not built in people’s mind. 3. The leisure life has got through the process; the transition period from the independent day of 15th of August till the year of 1961, the starting period from 1962 to 1971, the taking-off period from 1972 to 1981, the development period from 1982 to 1991 and the maturity period since 1992. 4. To straighten the right leisure life, long-term leisure plan making, the development of national leisure resources, the construction of the facility, the ideas to help self-realization, reinforcement of leisure education and systematic development of leisure support should be done properly.
