국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구의 목적 및 내용 : 사회적으로 증가 추세에 있는 소년범의 정신 질환 유병률을 알아보고 정신질환, 문제행동, 소아기 외상이 범죄에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 청소년 범죄를 재발을 예방할 필요성이 있음. 이를 위해서 본 연구에서는 소년범의 정신 건강 상태에 대한 적절한 평가뿐만 아니라 치료 개입을 개발하여 그 효과를 입증하고자 함.
○소년원 및 보호관찰소 수감 청소년 정신건강 실태조사
- 치료놀이를 이용한 수감 청소년 중재 및 효과 검증
○소년원 수감 청소년 정신건강 중재 프로그램 개발
○기존의 평가도구를 바탕으로 비행청소년 범죄 원인이 되는 정신건강관련 포괄적 평가지침 제시 및 기존 선별검사, 진단기준 등과 연동하여 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 현장 활용지침 제시

Purpose&Contents : There is a need to prevent the recurrence of juvenile delinquency by examining the prevalence of psychiatric disorders in juvenile delinquents who are in a socially increasing trend and by examining the effects of mental illness, problem behavior and childhood trauma on crime. For this purpose, this study aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of the treatment interventions as well as an appropriate assessment of mental health status of juvenile offenders.
○ Survey on juvenile mental health status of juvenile prisoners and probation officers
- Intervention and effect evaluation of prisoners using therapeutic play
○ Development of youth mental health intervention program for juvenile prisoners
○ Based on the existing evaluation tools, present comprehensive evaluation guidelines related to mental health which is a cause of juvenile delinquency, and provide specific field use guidelines that can be used in conjunction with existing screening tests and diagnostic standards
Results
○ Development and dissemination of evaluation and intervention programs for mental health factors contributing to crime that can be used for juvenile offenders in juvenile juveniles and probation offices
- Juvenile and probationary detention youth mental health intervention program manual development
