      A Research on the Policies for Systematization and Spread of the Supporting System to Prevent and Intervene School Bullying and Violence

      This research was aimed to create a supporting system model to effectively prevent and intervene school bullying and violence in rigid cooperation among organizations related to prevention and intervention of school violence. The supporting system in the current investigation would provide a practical framework in which assigns their roles and responsibilities to each of those related organizations. Followings are specific contents of the current study. First, prior research on model operation of support system to prevent and intervene school violence was theoretically reviewed. Second, actual status of existing supporting systems against school violence was re-evaluated and demands for newly developing supporting systems were shown, analyzing data obtained by in-depth interviews and surveys targeting experts of school violences and school teachers. Third, general directions and key factors for construction of supporting system, and a basic model of the supporting system were introduced, along with a proposal for operation of the support system. Fourth, improvement plans were suggested and implications of policies for systematization and spread of support system were presented based on the analyses of model operation of the supporting system.
