대학생의 우울, 특성불안, 사회적 지지, 성인애착이 대학 생활적응에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Depression, Trait Anxiety, Social Support and Adult Attachment on Life Adjustment in College

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the perceived depression, trait anxiety, social support and adult attachment on adjustment to life in university students. For this study, research data about adjustment to life college, the perceived depression, trait anxiety, social support and adult attachment were collected from 297 university students. Results of correlation and multiple regression analysis showed that the perceived depression, trait anxiety, social support and adult attachment are the most influential factors. The results are as follows: first, the finding shows that the adjustment to college life has a significant static correlation with among depression, trait anxiety, social support, and adult attachment, respectively. Second, the effects of depression, trait anxiety, social support, and adult attachment on college life adjustment of college students showed that trait anxiety, professor support of social support, depression, respectively. Therefore, it is necessary to have various policy researches that can be used to development various methods and programs to help adjustment to college life. Lastly, implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 우울, 특성불안, 사회적 지지, 성인애착이 대학 생활적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 서울과 경기 지역의 K대학교 163명, Y대학교 134명의 1학년, 2학년 총 297명 중 내용이 부실하거나 부적합한 자료 32부를 제외한 총 265부를 가지고 SPSS 20 Program를 이용하여 상관계수와 중다회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 첫째, 대학생의 우울, 특성불안, 사회적 지지, 성인애착, 대학 생활적응 간에 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 우울, 특성불안, 사회적 지지, 성인애착이 대학 생활적응에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 특성불안, 사회적 지지의 교수지지, 우울, 성인애착의 친밀애착이 대학 생활적응에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 대학 생활적응에 도움을 주기 위한 다양한 방법과 프로그램 개발에 활용할 수 있는 다양한 정책적인 연구 등이 필요할 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 논의에서는 시사점과 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.
