골프 지도자의 지도행동유형에 따른 만족도 조사 연구 = (A)study on the satisfaction according to the leadership behavior styles of golf instructor

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리나라에서 골프는 일부 사회계층에 남아 있는 부정적 이미지에도 불구하고 계속 성장하고 있는 스포츠이며 우리나라 선수의 세계 골프대회에서의 선전 등으로 그 위상이 더욱 높아져 가고 있다. 본 연구는 골프 지도자의 지도행동 유형에 따른 만족도를 연구하고자 하였다. 스포츠 집단 내에서 선수만족은 지도자의 지도행동유형에 따라 상이한 수준을 보이는 변인으로서 코치와 선수, 선수와 선수간의 상호작용 및 의사소통을 이해 할 수 있는 매우 중요한 요인임에도 불구하고 그에 대한 실증적 연구는 빈약한 실정이다.
이러한 목적에 따라 실시한 연구 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다.
첫 번째, 배경변인에 따른 지도행동유형에 대한 인식의 차이를 살펴본 결과 성별과 연령에 따른 유의한 차이가 있었다.
두 번째, 배경변인에 따른 지도만족도의 차이를 살펴본 결과 성별과 연령, 골프경력, 지도기간에 따른 유의한 차이가 있었다.
세 번째, 골프 지도자의 지도행동유형이 스윙변화 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 훈련과 지시, 사회적 지지, 긍정적 보상이 유의한 정의 방향으로 영향을 미치고 있었으며 전제적 행동은 부의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
네 번째, 골프 지도자의 지도행동유형이 경기력 향상에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 민주적 행동과 사회적 지지, 긍정적 보상이 유의한 정의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
다섯 번째, 골프 지도자의 지도행동유형이 경기력 향상 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 훈련과 지시, 사회적 지지, 긍정적 보상의 변인이 정의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
이상의 결과는 골프 지도자의 지도행동유형이 선수들의 경기력 향상 및 만족도에 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 나타낸다. 따라서 추후 골프 지도자들은 개인 특성에 따른 효율적인 지도방법을 모색하여 특성에 맞는 차별화된 교육방법을 개발하여야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Golf is a sport which is growing up, in spite of hostility of the finance and society, negative view of golf in Korea. Also through some wins of Korean players, the position of it is getting higher. In this study, we were trying to study the satisfaction according to the leadership behavior styles of golf instructors. In the group of sports, there are little study, although satisfaction of players is important factor which is variable and understanding the showing a different level & relation between coach and players, players and players according to the leadership behavior styles of golf instructors.
In terms of the point of view, the following is results of the study.
The first, there are significant differences according to sex and age, after we had looked around recognition about pattern of leadership behavior style with a variable background factor.
The second, there are significant differences according to age and sex, career of golf, period of coach, after we had examined satisfaction of coach with variable background factor.
The third, there are some effects which are positive influence into training and directions, support by society, compensation but negative influence into despotic behavior, after we had look around that how much satisfaction of golf instructor's leaderhip behavior style influences satisfaction of swing's change.
The fourth, we got to knew that leaderhip behavior style of golf instructor influences positively democratic behavior and supports by society, positive compensation, looking around that how much leaderhip behavior of golf instructor influences performance enhancement.
The fifth, the study revealed that training and instructions, supports by society, positive compensation had influenced positively, after results of the study is reviewed.
In conclusion, the study shows that the type of golf instructor's leaderhip behavior style is absolutely influencing performance enhancement of a player and satisfaction. So, golf instructor should develop distinguished educations which is adapting to person in person through efficient leadership behavior style.
