정약용(丁若鏞)의 선악론(善惡論) = The Theory of the Jeong Yag-Yong's Good and Evil

This Thesis is to analysis on the Jeong yag-yong(丁若鏞)'s theory of good and evil. Jeong yag-yong dealt with the ethical problem in the foundation of good-evil concept, and elucidate the ethical meaning of the human nature' good. So we discuss the point that his theory construct between good-evil value and moral practice problem.
In the seek of his viewpoint, we research that the nature of the good-evil concept, the ethical meaning of the nature, the clues of evil in the mind, and the problem of practiceing good. Moreover, we explain the relationship between Sang-jae(上帝) and evil, in exploring this point, we study that the characteristics of Jeong yag-yong's ethical theory.
In the study of Jeong yag-yong's good and evil problem, we found out the conclusions those are as follows ;
First, good-evil is not convergent value but confrontational value, so Jeong yag-yong support the dualism in two values. Second, good-evil is righteousness and virtue which must be practice in daily life, therefore these two value imply relational and practical meaning. Third, the clues of evil in the human is not temper but mind, so the Chuzi(朱子)'s theory and buddhist theory in this matter is not correct. Fourth, Jeong yag-yong's theory of good-evil enhance the ethical practice on human righteousness and virtue.
