에어로빅 지도자의 직무 만족도에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to know about aerobics instructor`s satisfaction according to their Social Characteristics(scholarship, career, age). The sample was drawn from 80 instructors working at aerobics center located in Seoul, and collected by random sampling. The Minnesota Questionnaire and K. T. 0. Questionnaire which were adjusted for the purpose of this study were distributed and finally 52 questionnaires were collected. All of questionnaires were personally delivered to the respondents, then they filled out these surveys by using the self-administration method. The statistical method used in this study was factor analysis to strengthen validity and regression analysis to test each factors(age, career, scholarship). Finally t-test and ANOVA were utilized to test distinction among group. The results of this study are the following ; First, Aerobics instructors` job satisfaction according to scholarship was high in groups of over a graduate school that was contented with pay and knowledge of affair. Second, Aerobics instructors` job satisfaction according to career was not generally showed differences of satisfaction among groups. Third, Aerobics instructors` job satisfaction according to age was not generally showed differences of satisfaction among groups.
