The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference following KukSool training method for elementary 1, 2, 3 grade students. Group was divided into 24 KukSool trainees and 24 KukSool+complex trainees, and both conducted five trainings per a week and 50minutes per a training for 1 year. The variables to define physical strength were cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscularstrength, muscular endurance, instant reaction, and agility. The collected data were analyzed by descriptives and two-way ANOVA with the purpose of this study, and the results prove that KukSool+complex elementary trainees' cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscularstrength, muscular endurance, instant reaction, and agility have improved. In the future, the study about the change of physical strength by training type and also longitudinal study about the change of physical fitness of elementary students will be needed.
