측정과 척도의 이해 = Understanding The Measurement and Types of Scale the Quantitative Analysis

국문 초록 (Abstract)

일반적으로 행정현상이나 정책문제를 해결하기 위하여 문제를 정의하고 모형을 정리하고 자료를 수집하여 분석·정리한다. 이 모든 과정이 중요하지만 본 논문에서는 자료의 분석과 정리의 단계에서 가장기초가 되는 개념들을 재음미하여 정확한 자료분석을 하도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 자료분석의 기초가 되는 자료의 수집을 위한 측정의 척도와 이를 처리하는 기본적인 계량적 분석기법의 적용에 대하여 고찰한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose of this paper is to reexamine the basic concepts of statistical tools. It is a general process of policy analysis and evaluation to define policy problem, to formulate model, to gather data and to analyze information. Even every stage of the process is important, this paper focuses on the data analysis stage. Because the basic concepts of this stage are very simple and generalized. Analysts sometime forget the importance of the concepts. In this respect, it is important to review and reexamine the concepts.
