재난 대응시 심리지원 체계의 국내․외 현황 = The Status of Korea and Oversea Psychological Support System in Disaster Management

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 최근 세월호 침몰사고와 관련하여 국내 재난대응 과정에서의 심리지원체계의 실제와 해외의 심리지원체계의 현황을 조사해보고, 이러한 결과를 토대로 재난대응 과정에서 효과적인 국내 재난심리지원체계를 구축하는데 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌리뷰(literature review)를 통하여 재난심리지원체계와 관련하여 최근의 해외동향을 살펴보고, 미국, 일본, 유럽(영국, 독일)과 국내의 재난심리지원체계를 비교·조사하였다. 재난발생 초기부터 심리사회적 지원 프로그램을 실시하는 것은 세계적인 추세이며, 이를 통해 재난 피해자들이 일상의 삶의 기능을 회복하도록 지원하고 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 논의와 시사점이 제시되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to investigate psychological support system of Korea onto recent Sewol Ferry disaster and that of foreign countries and based on the results, to provide suggestions for building effective domestic psychological support system in disaster response. In regard to psychological support system for disaster response, recent global trends and present status of Korea and foreign countries, mainly U.S., Japan, and European countries including United Kingdom ann Germany, were examined through literature review. Based on the results of this study, discussion and implications were presented.
