양육스트레스를 경험하는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육효능감 증진을 위한 성인놀이치료 프로그램 개발 및 효과 = A study on the development of adult play therapy programs for the enhancement of parenting efficacy in mothers parenting stress experience with preschool children and the effects

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study lies in developing a model of adult play therapy program for the enhancement of parenting efficacy in mothers with preschool children and verify the effects of the program. The findings from this study are as follows: First, the adult play therapy program had an effect in reducing child-rearing stress in mothers. Second, the adult play therapy program had a positive effect on the enhancement of child-rearing efficacy in mothers. Therefore, this study conducted an adult play therapy program that consisted of the physical contact play that would enhance the child-rearing relationship with the medium of art, which relaxes mothers with preschool children emotionally and proved that it had an effect on the enhancement of child-rearing efficacy in mothers.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육효능감 증진을 위해 성인놀이치료 프로그램을 개발하여 프로그램의 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인놀이치료 프로그램은 어머니의 양육스트레스 감소에 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 성인놀이치료 프로그램은 어머니의 양육효능감 증진에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니를 대상으로 정서적인 이완을 주는 미술매체와 양육적인 관계를 증진 할 수 있는 접촉놀이로 구성된 성인놀이치료 프로그램을 실시하여 어머니의 양육효능감 증진에 효과가 있음이 입증되었다.
