EMDR 부모-자녀 놀이치료가 복합외상 아동의 모-자 애착과 정서조절에 미치는 효과 = The effect of complex trauma child to mother-child attachment and emotion regulation using EMDR parent-child play therapy

The purpose of the study is to examine what effects the EMDR parent-child play therapy has on improving mother-child attachment and emotion regulation of complex trauma child by parent’s neglect, witness of domestic violence, parents’divorce and body, language, emotion abuse. To this study, children with complex trauma and his mother, 1pairs participated in the program. This program is composed of total 8 sessions, twice a week, 80 minutes per 1 session. To measure pre-post change of mother-child used for structured parent-child interaction scale. also, to measure that of child used for emotion regulation scale of child. As a result, I have concluded as follows: First, the EMDR parent-child play therapy improved mother-child attachment of complex trauma child. Second, the EMDR parent-child play therapy improved the emotion regulation of complex trauma child. Through the results of the research, it is certain that the EMDR parent-child play therapy has a great effectiveness on mother-child attachment and child emotion regulation.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 부모 방임과 가정폭력 및 부모이혼의 목격 그리고 신체, 언어, 정서적인 학대를 입은 복합외상아동의 모-자 애착과 정서조절을 향상하기 위해 EMDR 통합 놀이치료의 효과를 조사하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위해 복합외상 아동과 모 1쌍이 참여하였고, 총 8회기, 주 2회, 1회기 당 80분(본 활동 60분, 자유놀이 20분)으로 프로그램을 구성하였다. 모-자 애착 사전·사후 변화를 측정하기 위해 구조화된 부모-자녀 상호작용 평가 척도를 사용하였고, 아동의 정서조절 사전·사후 변화를 측정하기 위해 아동의 정서 조절 능력 척도(ERC)를 사용하였다. 그리고 모-자 애착과 아동의 정서조절 행동 변화를 분석하기 위해 매 회기 자유놀이 20분을 녹화하여 행동 관찰 기준에 따라 분석하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, EMDR 통합 놀이치료가 복합외상 아동 모-자의 애착을 향상시켰다. 둘째, EMDR 통합 놀이치료가 복합외상 아동의 정서조절을 향상시켰다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 EMDR 통합 놀이치료가 복합외상 아동의 모-자 애착과 정서조절에 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.
