국어과 학습 동기 유발 방법 = The induction method of learning motive in Korean subject

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper examined about induction methods of learning motive and the effect for maximizing student's learning outcome in korean subject. For this, a writer examined, first, the notion of learning motive and sense, the pattern in the general standpoint, and then, examined induction methods of learning motive for maximizing student's learning outcome in korean subject according to the motive induction element with instruction side, teacher's question side, student's self-efficiency side, multimedia environment side.
As a examination result, a writer examined that several models were mixed according to 'knowing' and 'doing' of the character of learning activity. Also, examined the necessity of 'student leading participation structure', the hegemony in instruction process is given to students.
A writer examined that teacher's question induced student's learning motive and response in teacher's question strategy side. For this, a writer examined the aesthetic questioning method inducing students' learning motive and response in a literary class.
And, examined promoting student's inner motive increasing self efficiency, emphasizing that self efficiency influences a cognitive comprehension emotional familiarity degree, learning task selection process.
Finally, in a multimedia environment side, examined the necessity of the teaching about multimedia and the teaching utilizing multimedia. And, examined the increase of multimedia literacy that can understand, product multimedia for the teaching about multimedia.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 글은 국어과에서 학생들의 학업 성과를 극대화하기 위한 학습 동기 유발 방법들과 그 효과에 대해 논의하였다. 이를 위해 필자는 학습 동기의 개념 및 의의, 유형 등을 일반적인 차원에서 먼저 논의한 다음, 국어과에서 학생들의 학업 성취를 극대화하기 위한 학습 동기 유발 방법들을 교수-학습 측면, 교사의 발문 측면, 학생의 자아 효능감 측면, 다매체 환경 측면 등과 같은 동기 유발 요소에 따라 논의하였다. 논의 결과, 교수-학습 측면에서는 특정한 교수 모형이 아닌 몇 가지 모형을 학습 활동의 특성인 ‘아는 것’과 ‘하는 것’에 따라 혼합할 필요가 있음을 밝혔다. 또한 교수-학습 과정에서의 주도권이 학생에게 주어지는 ‘학생 주도 참여 구조’가 필요함을 밝혔다.교사의 발문 전략 측면에서는 교사의 발문이 학생들의 학습 동기와 반응을 유발하는 것이 되어야 함을 밝혔다. 이를 위해 필자는 문학 수업에서 학생들의 학습 동기와 반응을 유발하는 심미적 발문 방법에 대한 논의를 하였다. 학생의 자아 효능감 측면에서는 자아 효능감이 국어과 학습 과제에 대한 인지적 이해 과정, 동기화 정도, 정서적 친밀감 정도, 학습 과제 선택 과정 등에 많은 영향을 줌을 강조하여, 자아 효능감을 증진시켜 학생들의 내적 동기를 촉진해야 함을 밝혔다. 끝으로 다매체 환경 측면에서는, 다매체에 대한 교육과 다매체를 활용한 교육이 필요함을 밝혔다. 그리고 다매체에 대한 교육을 위해서는 다매체를 이해하고 생산할 수 있는 다중 문식성이 증진되어야 함을 밝혔다.
