      국문 초록 (Abstract)

      일을 통해 성취하고자 하는 ``성취지향목표와`` 개인적 삶의 안녕을 달성하고자하는 ``삶지향목표`` 간의 균형은 개인의 발달과 삶의 행복에 중요한 영향을 미친다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 성취지향목표와 삶지향목표를 인지와 행동의 다차원으로 측정하는 ``생애목표검사``를 개발하고, 각 목표의 수준에 따라 실제로 학생들의 삶의 의미, 안녕감, 성취동기 및 학업 자기개념에 차이가 나타나는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 성취지향목표와 삶지향목표를 인지 및 행동의 측면에서 측정하는 본 생애목표검사가 적절한 요인적합도와 문항내적일관성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 성취지향목표와 삶지향목표가 균형 있게 발달한 균형목표집단의 경우 삶의 의미, 안녕감, 성취동기, 학업 자기개념의 수준이 전반적으로 높은데 반해, 성취목표집단, 삶목표집단, 저목표집단의 경우 상대적으로 부정적인 심리적 특성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 본 연구를 통해 개발된 생애목표검사가 타당하다는 것을 보여주며, 학생들의 성취지향목표와 삶지향목표가 균형 있게 발달하도록 지원하는 것이 필요함을 시사한다.

      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The balance between achievement and personal life goals is important in personal development and happiness. The purpose of this study was to develop and verify the validity and reliability of the Life Goal Questionnaire which examines cognitive and behavioral aspects of achievement and personal life goals. The results showed that the Life Goal Questionnaire possesses internal reliability and measurement validity, along with criterion validity. In addition, cluster analysis of the results showed that students were divided into four groups based on the scores of the Life Goal Questionnaire- 1) balanced goals group, 2) achievement goal group, 3) personal life goal group, and 4) low goal group. Group analysis indicated that balanced goal group showed the highest level of life meaning, well-being, achievement motivation and self-concept among the four groups. These results indicated that the Life Goal Questionnaire is a valid measure of students` life goals and suggest educating students to develop their life goals that are not biased toward either achievement or personal life goals but balanced in both goals.
