다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)
This article aims at revealing how ideas of power structure are conflicted and developed in the Constituent National Assembly. I think it can explains from the internal viewpoint of constitution why the First Korean Constitutionl948 slides into an ornamental constitution, and why Korean political system falls into an authoritarian system in the period of the First Republic of Korea. The point of this article can be summarized as follows: The First Korean Constitution is unanimously passed in the Constituent National Assembly. But political factions have different frames such as strong presidential government system, parliamentary government system, and cabinet government system from the viewpoints of which they interpret the Constitution respectively.

This article aims at revealing how ideas of power structure are conflicted and developed in the Constituent National Assembly. I think it can explains from the internal viewpoint of constitution why the First Korean Constitutionl948 slides into an ornamental constitution, and why Korean political system falls into an authoritarian system in the period of the First Republic of Korea.
