The rapid development of the high performance energy storage devices has been promoted by the requirement for power resources of electric vehicles and smart grid and the serious environment pollution with the tremendous exhausting of the fossil fuel. With increasing demand for expanding applicative fields and for design versatility, the functional energy storage devices operating under extreme conditions will become as important as ones under normal conditions. In this talk, I will introduce a new concept of energy storage devices based on porous graphenes that can deliver power under limited space and various stresses in a reliable and durable manner.
