This study was designed to investigate and analyze the effects of positive psychological capital upon stress sense control of the soldiers who are adapting themselves during military service. A questionnaire survey was prepared and conducted for a population of 300 soldiers at Unit of T located in S City, and in total 282 responses from the survey population was utilized in this study. And reliabilities and feasibilities of the scales of positive psychological capital, adaptation to military service, and stress senses due to military have been demonstrated and the data have been analyzed with correlation and multiple regression by using SPSS 25.0, and the analyzed results are summarized as follows :
Firstly, positive psychological capital exercises a positive effect upon their adaptation in military service. And it shows that the subfactors of positive psychological capital including self-efficiency, hope, resilience, and optimistic sense have a significant static correlation with the subfactors of adaptation in military service including spiritual status, duty performance will, satisfaction of position and duty, and aptitude to organizational environment.
Secondly, stress senses in military service show a negative correlation with adaptation in military service. Except for the outer relations including duty confliction, attitude to organizational environment, duty confliction, duty satisfaction and alienated information and the duty performance will, stress senses in military service show negative correlations with all th other factors.
Thirdly, that effects of controlling stress senses in military service have been analyzed in relations between positive psychological capital and adaptation in military service show that an effect upon adaptation in military service has no significant difference when a stress sense in military service is higher according to levels of positive psychological capital, however, the more they are adapting themselves in military service, the more in positive psychological capital, when a stress sense in military service is lower.
The theological implication of the study, that is positive psychological capital built-in soldiers in active service and process of adaptation in military, has been demonstrated on base of an effect to controlling stress senses in military service. Therefore, it has been confirmed that in a higher positive psychological capital they adapt more easily in military service and in a lower stress sense in military service they adapt more easily in military service.
Therefore, the practical implication of the study, it is recommended to execute practical exams such as job interesting examination and Holland examination concerning the subfactors of stress senses including military service including duty confliction, internal relation, alienated information in order to find out a personal ability. Sharing such information could increase a positive psychological capital such as self efficiency, hope, resilience, optimistic sense. And sincere communication by executives according to feedback would make contribution to have them adapted in military service more effectively.
