    As a result of the survey, customers of ski resort were dissatisfied with parking lot, congestion of lift, lift fee, rental fee for ski equipment, ski patrol and rescue activity and the service level of an employee.<br/>
    The consequence revealed from analysis is that firstly, release the problems such as price discontent, parking lot, congestion of lift by having price distinction strategy for middle, upper users.<br/>
    Secondly, provide safe condition that could prevent various accidents which occurred occasionally in advance by the introduction of discriminative safety countermeasure.<br/>
    Thirdly, make effort to satisfy the customer through continuous staff training and intensive service qualification.<br/>
    Fourth, create package concerned with local cultural event to overcome the low-demand season, summer and expedite visit again.<br/>
    Finally, offer the rest to urban people and let they know an importance of nature by practicing eco-tourism using woodland resources.
