Traditional functional connectivity (FC) analysis in resting-state fMRI often relies on predefined anatomical regions and time-averaged correlations, which can limit the ability to capture individual variability and dynamic changes in brain activity. To overcome these limitations, we propose a novel end-to-end deep learning framework that employs a fully data-driven strategy. Utilizing a Swin Transformer-based backbone, we extract subject-specific feature embeddings in a high- dimensional latent space. Subsequently, we optimize global learnable centroids via soft-clustering to define subject-specific functional regions. By modeling these regions as nodes in a graph structure, we capture both their spatial connectivity via GAT and temporal dynamics via GRU. This framework not only validates the feasibility of end-to- end optimization for age prediction but also reveals biologically plausible functional regions and meaningful connectivity patterns, providing a flexible foundation for personalized neuroimaging analysis.
