여자 프로농구선수들의 성취목표지향성과 내적동기가 스포츠 자신감에 미치는 영향 = (The) Influence of Achievement Goal Directivity and Intrinsic Motive of Female Professional Basketball Players on Sports Confidence

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 여자프로 농구선수들의 성취목표지향성과 내적 동기가 스포츠 자신감에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 밝혀내어 경기상황에서의 성취목표지향성을 극대화시켜 여자 프로농구 선수들의 경기력을 향상시키기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 이 연구에서는 2004-2005 WKBL(Woman Korea Basketball League) 여자프로농구 겨울리그에 참여했던 모든 프로 팀에 소속된 선수들을 대상으로 하였으며, 한 팀당 12~14명씩 6개 팀에서 77명에게 설문조사를 받아 분석하였다.
자료수집을 위한 도구는 ＜여자 프로농구선수들의 성취목표지향성과 내적동기가 스포츠 자신감에 미치는 영향＞설문지로 사용된 측정변수의 신뢰도 구간은 α = .734 ~ α = .659로 나타났다. 자료의 분석을 위하여 이 연구에서 사용한 통계분석 기법은 다음과 같다. 회수된 질문지 중 불성실한 자료와 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 판단되는 자료는 분석에서 제외시킬 것이며, 수집된 자료를 Windows SPSS version 11.0을 이용하여 각 연구목적에 맞게 전산처리 하였고, 구체적인 분석내용과 자료처리 방법은 다음과 같다. 배경변인에 따른 성취목표지향성과 내적동기, 그리고 스포츠 자신감의 차이는 t-test, one-way ANOVA(일원변량분석)을 통하여 분석하였다.
여자 프로 농구선수들의 성취목표지향성이 스포츠 자신감에 미치는 영향은 상관관계(Correlation) 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 그리고, 여자 프로 농구선수들의 내적동기가 스포츠 자신감에 미치는 영향은 상관관계(Correlation) 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다.
이와 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통하여 이 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다.
첫째, 여자 프로 농구 선수의 종교유무에 따른 성취목표지향성, 내적동기, 스포츠 자신감은 내적동기의 하위요인인 흥미와 노력에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 여자 프로 농구 선수의 연령에 따른 성취목표지향성, 내적동기, 스포츠 자신감은 내적동기의 하위요인인 유능에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 여자 프로 농구 선수의 월수입(연봉/12)에 따른 성취목표지향성, 내적동기, 스포츠 자신감은 내적동기의 하위요인인 유능과 스포츠 자신감에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 여자 프로 농구 선수의 경력에 따른 성취목표지향성, 내적동기, 스포츠 자신감은 내적동기의 하위요인인 흥미에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 여자 프로 농구 선수의 성취목표지향성과 스포츠 자신감은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다.
마지막으로, 여자 프로 농구 선수의 내적동기와 스포츠 자신감은 내적동기의 하위요인인 유능에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this current study is to provide basic data for the improvement of female professional basketball players' competitiveness by maximizing their achievement goal directivity in game through finding out the influence of achievement goal directivity and intrinsic motive of female professional basketball players on sports confidence.
For the research purpose, the study analyzed 77 survey answer sheets of each of 12~14 players from six teams. All the respondents belong to professional teams that participated in the winter league of 2004-2005 WKBL(Woman Korea Basketball League).
The tool for collecting data was a questionnaire named ＜The Influence of Achievement Goal Directivity and Intrinsic Motive of Female Professional Basketball Players on Sports Confidence＞, the reliability range of measuring variables was α = .734 to α = .659. The study used the following statistical analysis method for data analysis. Answer sheets responded insincerely were excluded from the analysis, and data gathered was computerized according to each research purpose using Windows SPSS version 11.0. The difference among achievement goal directivity, intrinsic motive and sports confidence were analyzed by t-test and one-way ANOVA.
The influence of achievement goal directivity and intrinsic motive of female professional basketball players on sports confidence was analyzed with correlation analysis and multiple regression.
The following results were induced through the above research method and process.
First of all, achievement goal directivity, intrinsic motive and sports confidence according to the religion of female professional basketball players affect positively interest and effort, the subordinate factors of intrinsic motive.
Secondly, achievement goal directivity, intrinsic motive and sports confidence according to the age of female professional basketball players affect positively their talent, the subordinate factor of intrinsic motive.
Thirdly, achievement goal directivity, intrinsic motive and sports confidence according to the monthly salary of female professional basketball players affect positively their ability and sports confidence, the subordinate factors of intrinsic motive.
Fourthly, achievement goal directivity, intrinsic motive and sports confidence according to the career of female professional basketball players affect positively interest, the subordinate factor of intrinsic motive.
Fifthly, achievement goal directivity and sports confidence of female professional basketball players didn't present statistically meaningful difference.
Lastly, intrinsic motive and sports confidence of female professional basketball players affect positively ability, the subordinate factor of intrinsic motive.
