    Many models have been developed for design of supply-chain and its logistics system. This research is concerned with logistics system design considering the logistics system performance in the view of multiechelon structure. In this paper, the logistics system includes plants, warehouse and customers. We consider the transportation network and also vehicle routing which optimizes the performance of logistics system subject to required service levels. A multi-echelon structure of supply-chain logistics system is considered. We formulated this problem using 0-1 programming, stochastic set-covering problem and GA-TSP for every two echelons of a multiechelon supply-chain system for the purpose of optimal logistics system design. Also we developed a GUI-type program and demonstrated the results of a set of sample problems. The effectiveness of the proposed model is evaluated with numerical examples.
