경기북부지역 건설산업 발전 및 활성화에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Growth and Activation of Construction Industry in the Northern Part of KYONGGI-DO

국문 초록 (Abstract)

경기북부 및 접경지역은 그 동안 수도권 정비계획, 개발제한구역, 군사시설 보호구역 및 팔당 상수원 관리 구역으로 삼중, 사중의 규제를 받아왔다. 따라서 상대적으로 낙후한 이 지역은 남북대화와 남북경제협력의 급진적으로 합리적인 개발방안과 독자계획이 검토되어야 할 시점에 있다. 이를 위해 남북교류협력거점의 확보, 남북 연계교통망 복원 및 자연생태의 보전 등이 필요하다.
여기서는 제4차 국토계획과 경기도의 관련개발방안을 고찰하고, 이 지역의 합리적인 발전을 위한 건설산업의 추진전략을 제시하였다.
건설산업은 주로 사회간접자본시설의 설치이므로 막대한 액수의 투자비가 소요되어 합리적인 조달방안을 다루었고 공사입찰, 시공관리, 감리 등의 분야도 함께 개선점을 제시하였다.

The northern part of KYONGGI-DO and the border area have been controlled triply, quadruply by the PALDANG water supply resources management area, the green-belt the improvement plan of SMR(Seoul Metropolitan Region)and the military installations protection area all the while. So relatively this undeveloped region is a point of time on which will be examined by reasonable development porgram and orignal plan with the dramatic progress of the dialogue and economic cooperation between South and North Korea. For this, it is necessary to secure South-North exchange and connection base, restore South-North connection transportation network arid conservation of natural ecosystem.
It is investigated that the 4th national land development plan and the development programs refering to KYUNGGI-DO and presented propulsion strategies of construction industry for the reasonable growth in this region.
As construction industry is mainly to make social overhead capital facilities, in this paper is handled that reasonable supply plan requiring an extraordinary amount of capital investment and presented that some improving methods on construction supervision, management and a bid for construction work.
