설탕 관세인하의 파급영향 분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

??While gradual trade liberalization has been progressed over last several decades, tariff on sugar has been an exception in most producing countries. Currently many developed economies such as US, EU and Japan charge high tariff rates, which are higher than 100%. Moveover, many countries export sugar at dumped prices and maintain high tariffs in order to protect domestic industry.<br/>
??This paper tries to explore the characteristics of global sugar market and industry, and to assess the impact of domestic tariff liberalization on sugar industry and related food processing industries. Upon these analyses, the paper tries to provide policy implications for sugar tariff liberalization.
