다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis pursues three purposes. First, it examines the connection between the suicide thoughts of Soldiers and the subcategory of melancholia-loneliness, helplessness and feeling of worthlessness.
Second, it looks into the relationship between the subcategories of self-identity of Soldiers and their suicide thoughts.
Third, it analyzes, in order, the variables of melancholia and self-identity which affect their suicide thoughts.
Major findings are as follows: 1) Thoughts of suicide are higher for those who have low self-identity. Further, high melancholia also leads to high thoughts of suicide. 2) In regards to their rank and religion, only the differences of their ranks influence the differences of Soldiers suicide thoughts. 3) As a result of examining the differences of melancholia of Soldiers helplessness, loneliness, and feelings of worthlessness, lonliness was found to have significant differences between the ranks. 4) After analyzing the differences of self-identity of Soldiers according to the differences of ranks and religions, several facts were gleaned. First, stability of Soldiers, a subcategory of self-identity of Soldiers has a statistically considerable relationship with rank and religion. Goal-directedness of Soldiers, another subcategory of self-identity has a statistically significant connection with rank and religion of Soldiers. Third, the soldiers rank, the difference between the results of the investigation of the relationship between suicide and self-identity based on religion is a subregion of ego identity, goal orientation, role expectations, receptivity, claims power, presence of consciousness, when the rank and interpersonal relationships showed that the interaction of religion are not statistically significant.
However, the uniqueness showed statistically significant between classes. For each class, the Private : Second Lieutenant,
Private : Staff Sergeant and Private : Second Lieutenant uniqueness showed, self-consciousness there represent a significant correlation between the Private : Second Lieutenant.
Analysis of the results, uniqueness and self-presence of the self-identity of the soldiers and the officers are clearly division. In conclusion, Thoughts of suicide soldier gives the effect of depression, loneliness, and ego identity is stable, receptivity, the goal orientation and claims power represent a significant correlation to suicide.
