한국어와 러시아어의 사과 화행 비교 연구 = A Comparative Study of Apology Speech Act between Korean and Russian

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper attempts to compare apology acts between Korean and Russian. The comparative analysis between the two languages is based on lexical semantic relation, the structure of speech acts and elevation of speech level.
There are two common features between Korean and Russian. Firstly, despite the diversity of vocabulary of apology expression, only a few fixed types are used in actual speech. Secondly, apology speech act is actively used in request speech act as predictive apology or preparation expression for both languages.
The results of this study can be utilized as Korean and Russian semantic, pragmatic and sociolinguistic research materials, and can also be used as an educational resource for Korean and Russian pragmatics.
