      Nowadays, formed in the background of an economic circle of the ethnic chinese, both they and their culture played a major role to build up. The ethnic chinese culture represents familism, professionalism and entrepreneurship. The three terms express an unique social and economic system their culture has. Based on three of these unique characteristics and socio-economic system, the study shows problems from the development process of the ethnic chinese corporate and professionalism culture which replaces traditional familism declined. The function of familism in traditional ethnic chinese corporate is stronger and more common than bureaucracy structure. More precisely, though an organizational structure of the ethnic chinese takes bureaucracy, a familism dominates in their own culture. Ethnic chinese traditional family note within the business function of the bureaucracy is stronger than the universal tendency shows. More precisely, ethnic chinese corporate bureaucracy takes the form of the organizational structure, but note, however, is inherent in the culture, the family is doing is that dominance. Therefore, it is important for the familism culture they have and a new professionalism culture to be merged and for them to possess a system tailored to global standard. As a result, it is a main point whether the ethnic chinese corporate grow up and develop as a global company.
