현장교육중심 사범대학 교육과정 개선방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 현장 교육을 바탕으로 성균관대학교 사범대학 교육과정을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 사범대학학생들과 현직교사들에 대한 요구조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과를 바탕으로 현장중심교육과정을 개발하였다.
먼저 요구조사결과를 보면 다음과 같다.
①사범대학의 특성을 살릴 수 있는 교양
②현장중심 교직교육과정
③현장중심 전공교육과정
다음으로 성균관대학교 사범대학 교육과정(안)을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
총 이수학점은 140학점으로 한다. 교양 40-46학점, 전공이수학점 63학점(복수전공일 경우 45학점)을 이수한다.
교양교육과정 이수학점은 각 영역별로 최소이수학점을 규정한다.
학과별 교육과정 로드맵을 제안한다. 로드맵은 학문지향형, 전문직업지향형, 복수전공형으로 구분하고 각 유형은 기초단계, 심화단계로 세분한다.
현장중심교육과정의 비중을 확대한다.
교육실습교육과정을 관찰단계(Ⅰ, Ⅱ), 참가단계(Ⅲ), 시행과 환류단계(Ⅳ)로 구분·이수한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Purpose of this study is to development of SungKyunKwan teachers college curriculum based on the education-field. This study focuses on researching the education-field needs and developing of the teachers college curriculum. The Finding of this research are followings; First, Finding of the education field needs are followings :1)General education curriculum with merits of teachers college, 2)Teachers education curriculum based on education-field, 3)Major curriculum based on education -field.
Second, SungKyunKwan teachers college curriculum consist of the follows: 1)SungKunKwan teachers college students are complete 140 credits for the degree of B.A(General education 40-46 credits, Major education 63 credits). 2)Regulation of the General education credits are comprised five sections (Importance, Core, General, Basic humanities-social science, Basic natural science). 3)The curriculum road-map are consist of the three parts (Academical, Vocational, Multiple major)and the part is comprised of the two steps(Basic, Advanced). 4)Developing og the curriculum based on education-field. 5)Teaching Experience is consist of the search step, the participation step, and the practice&feedback step.
