When I summarizes the characteristics of the archaeological excavation results on the Kul tegin ritual memorial which was built in 732, it shows the unique aspects of its style which was combined the Chinese buildings and tablet and the Turkic style. It symbolized the new change of the situation of the Turks that did not get the support of Tang dynasty and bear the marriage relationship whith china and after their restoration in 680s. Owing to the diplomatic contacts after the death of Kul tegin in 731, Bilge qaghan get the economic support from China and prevent the movement of the Empire Xuan-zong(玄宗) who were trying to surrender him. Bilge qaghan can be to internally people be issued through the construction of a landmark that can boast the fact that received the support and certification of Tang to emphasize his position.
