Detonation phenomena has been numerically investigated in an obstructed channel which is filled with stoichiometric hydrogen-oxygen mixtures. Two types of detonation mechanism-Shock-to-Detonation and Deflagration-to-Detonation Transition- were analyzed by changing the combination of temperature and pressure of ignition zone. It was simulated how detonation wave depends on the existence and nonexistence of obstacles in the channel. Also the detonation characteristics was investigated for various heights and spacing of the obstacles.
