직장인들의 여가활동 참여 유형에 따른 여가 이득에 관한 역구 = The study of leisure benefits on worker' leisure participation types

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

◈Leisure benefit is defined as positive outcome after participating leisure activities. However ,although various studies of leisure outcomes such as satisfaction have been conducted in Korea as well as in the U.S, there is little research concerning leisure benefits in Korean. There are many both unasked and unanswered questions in the experience of leisure benefits on various types of leisure activity. Therefore, an attempt to investigate the leisure benefits and leisure activity types among worker may provide new insights into the nature of leisure outcome. The purpose of this study was to examine differences in the level of leisure benefits by worker’ demographic variables and investigated effect of leisure activity type in leisure benefits.For this study, 554 wokers were selected from three companies located in Seoul for one month from October 1st to September 30, 2006, using the convenience sampling method. For the data analysis SPSS 13.0 for Windows version was utilized. The hypothesis tests were conducted with two-way ANOVA, and Multiple Linear Regression to solve problems of the study.On the basis of the results, the conclusions were drawn as follows;1. There are differences in the level of leisure benefits between or among worker’ demographic characteristics (gender and age group)2. Factors of Leisure benefits for workers are effected by leisure activity tipes.
