中國의 ‘東北工程’의 虛實 = The True and the False of Northeast Project in China

Recently the Chinese Association of Social Sciences pushed the Northeast project that Koguryo is the minoritied local history of China. This program indicated that koguryo was regarded as an attached regim or local government in China under the theolies of Chinese World Order, It was a China’s in corporation of Koguryo’s history in views of her documents.
But Koguryo was not a local government by the minorities in China. She was a dignified grand empire with national individuality and sovereignty. Koguryo maintained the Korean peninsula against Chinese invations, and She held the Lia-tung, outpost of Chinese expansion.
China insisted that China is the center of the world and the outside of world is territory of China with tributary system. But this diplomatic approaches did not means the submitting of subjects, because ancient Korea including Koguryo maintained her identity.
Chinese project is a Kind of history war. We have to take a counter-strategy. The theory of unified multi-nations of China could not apply to Koguryo. Koguryo was a legislative nation in fields of political and diplomatic standpoints and she maintained political structures unlike China.
In 3th century, the emperor of Woo(吳ㆍ孫椎) appointed Koguryo’s King Dong-Chon as Seon-Wo(Hun’s Kingship; 單于) This fact confirmed that Koguryo was not local government of China. And Koguryo had strange blood, lineage, culture and customs to China. Koguryo had not dowry in wedding against China.
