청소년의 잠재혼합된 부당피해 경험의 GMM에 따른 CARET: 인권 및 참여활동 중심으로 = A Study on Adolescents’ Experience on the Potential Mixed Unjust Damage by Using CARET and GMM - Focusing on human rights and participatory activities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 부당피해경험 청소년의 특성요인과 관련한 분류예측 모형과 분류예측에 관여하는 인권요소와 참여활동요소의 변수 중요도를 분석하기 위해 이루어졌다. 다중대체법과 Gaussian Mixture Modeling(GMM), R의 CARET 분석도구를 활용하여 아동청소년 인권실태조사 2017년 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, GMM을 통해 ‘피해경험높음’ 군집과 ‘피해경험낮음’ 군집으로 유형이 분류되었으며 ‘피해경험높음’ 군집은 가정과 학교, 사이버 공간, 근로 공간을 비롯한 청소년이 속했던 모든 공간에서 부당피해의 경험이 높은 수준을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, t검증결과 ‘피해경험높음’ 군집은 인권존중정도와 부모의 자녀의견존중, 학교존중, 자유보장, 사생활보호에서 유의미하게 낮고 사회참여경험과 인권정보제공은 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부당피해 경험 청소년의 특성에 영향을 미치는 인권요소와 참여활동 변수의 중요변수 1순위는 인권존중이 2순위는 부모의 자녀의사 존중, 3순위는 참여보장으로 예측되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 논의 및 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the classification prediction model related to the characteristic factors of adolescent experience on unjust damage, and the importance of variables of both the human rights and participation activity factors involved in classification prediction. We analyzed the 2017 data of the Child and Adolescent Human Rights Survey using the multiple substitution method, Gaussian Mixture Modeling (GMM) and CARET analysis tool of R. Results are as follows. First, ‘a group with high damage experience’ and ‘a group with low damage experience’ were classified by GMM analysis. It was found that adolescents in the group with high damage experience had the high level of experience on unjust damage in all spaces which they had belonged to. Second, the result of the t-test showed there were significantly lower levels of respect for not only human rights, parents on children’s opinions but school in the group with high harm experience. Also, the guarantee of freedom and the protection of privacy in the group with high harm experience were significantly low. Meanwhile, it was identified that social participation experience and the supply of human rights information were significantly higher in the group with high harm experience. Third, it was predicted that the most important variable was respect for human rights, the second most crucial variable was respect for parents as for children’s thoughts, and the third most vital variable was the guarantee of participation. Based on these results, discussion and suggestions were proposed.
