      The study about legal consciousness consists the essential part of Law-Related Education research. Most of the studies have premise that there would be deep and direct relation between legal consciousness and legal behaviour. To verify this premise, this study focuses on the problems about the attitudes towards school rules as a fundamental approach on students` violative behavior of school rules. One of the reasons why the students violate school rules can be the attitude towards school rules. This is because the wrong attitude towards school rules may influence on the violate behavior of school rules. In consequence, I felt some necessity of analyzing how the attitude towards school rules which can be a law in school affects on the students` behavior of following the law. As shown in the analysis, only behavioral domain of the three domains about the school rules influences on the law-abiding act of the students. That means, other several factors are working in the link from attitude to behavior. That is, the attitude towards the school rules has an effect on other factors in the process of violating rules so it is necessary to investigate about which other factors can influence on the act of violating rules through the follow-up studies. Furthermore, it is important to study which factors, except for legal consciousness, have an influence on the act of following the rules, and to continue the research which develops various programs for improving the level the student`s law-abiding behavior.
