유아교사의 디지털 역량과 사회적 자본이 디지털 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향 = The impact of early childhood teachers’ digital competence and social capital on digital play teaching efficacy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교사의 디지털 역량과 사회적 자본이 디지털 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구대상은 J도에 소재한 유아교육기관의 유아교사 150명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 불성실 응답 6부를 제외한 총 144부를 최종 분석자료로 활용하였다. 수집된자료의 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과첫째, 유아교사의 디지털 역량, 사회적 자본, 디지털 놀이교수효능감 간에 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 디지털 역량과 사회적 자본은 디지털 놀이교수효능감을 유의미하게 설명하였으며, 이 중 디지털 역량의 설명력이 상대적으로 높았다. 셋째, 디지털 역량의 하위변인 중 디지털 페다고지, 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 및 플랫폼 활용, 사회적 자본이 디지털 놀이교수효능감에 영향을 미치는 예측 변인으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구 결과를 통해 유아교사의디지털 놀이교수효능감 증진과 함께 디지털 역량과 사회적 자본 강화를 위한 다양한 교육과 경험의중요성과 함께 이를 지원하기 위한 다각적 방안 모색의 필요성을 시사한다.

As digital technologies become increasingly integrated into early childhood education, teachers’ ability to effectively facilitate digital play has emerged as an important professional competency. This study examined the extent to which early childhood teachers’ digital competence and social capital contribute to digital play teaching efficacy. Participants were 144 early childhood teachers employed in educational institutions across J Province. Correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 23.0 to examine the relationship among the study variables. The findings indicated that digital competence, social capital, and digital play teaching efficacy were positively related. Teachers who reported stronger digital capabilities and richer professional networks tended to demonstrate higher levels of efficacy in implementing digital play activities. Furthermore, both digital competence and social capital significantly predicted digital play teaching efficacy, although digital competence emerged as the stronger predictor. In conclusion, the findings of this study imply the importance of various educational among the dimensions of digital competence, digital pedagogy, digital content creation, and platform utilization were identified as particularly influential factors.
