경제자유구역 조성에 따른 외국인 투자규모 예측과 파급효과에 관한 연구- 인천 경제자유무역을 중심으로 - = Estimation of Foreign Investment Demand in Free Economic Zone and Its Impacts on the Korean Economy of Multi-region

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study attempts to estimate foreign Investment demand in Inchon Free Economic Zone and to analyze its impacts on regional economy. The paper selects key factors to affect to foreign investmen through the literature review. It appears that those are GRDP, a scale of premier city adjusted by distance, a level of labor supply, land rent, an international port adjusted by distance, and a rate of capital return. A model to forecast foreign investment is presented with these key factors and determined by using chinese data. The model forecasts that 697 billion Won in 2009, 587 billon Won in 2018 will be invested in Inchon Free Economic Zone. Its impacts on regional economy are traced. It specifically shows that the foreign investment will increase GRDP by 4,516 billion Won, industrial output by 1,774 billion Won and 97 thousand employment.
