This study presents a kindergarten teacher supervision model that takes into consideration the differences in the developmental levels of all teachers. To develop this model, a review of the literature on teacher development and supervision was conducted. The requirements of appropriate supervision for different developmental levels of kindergarten teachers were investigated. Then, a trial supervision model was established that could serve as a basis for the theoretical and practical norms. An established supervision model was used in the supervision of four kindergarten teachers, each of whom was at a different developmental level. Modifications and adjustments to the model were made as needed. This study indicates that the best supervision models are those which use supervisory variance in style, supervision, content and method depending on the kindergarten teachers` developmental level. These results suggest that a supervision model should be designed to help teachers in their continual development and yet be sensitive to the variety of differences in teachers` developmental levels, requirements ad situation.
