The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of various application of Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) in educational practice by examining the relation ship between kindergarten teacher and day care teacher`s beliefs and practices in the DAP and their creative roles. For this study, Subject Were 500 teachers working in kindergarten and day care center in Busan. Data analysis method were T-test and Correlation analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, Teacher`s beliefs and practices in the DAP is that kindergarten teacher is higher than day care teacher. Second, There are correlations between kindergarten teacher`s and day care Teacher`s beliefs and practices in the DAP. Third, There is no difference in degree of teacher`s creative roles regarding to teacher`s beliefs and practices in the DAP between kindergarten`s teacher and day care`s teacher. Although the educational system of Korea is dual system that education and day care are separated, it is important to give every children equal educational favor. Therefore, this research can provide basic data that improve the quality of teachers who teach young children in early childhood field.
