다문화 가정 학생들을 위한 반편견 교육방법 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국 사회에 다양성이 확대되고 있다. 특히 결혼 이민자의 증가와 그들의 자녀들이 학교에 취학하면서 다문화 가정 자녀들에 대한 교육이 중요한 교육적 임무로 떠올랐다. 그 중 다수자 학생들이 가진 다문화 가정 자녀들에 대한 편견의 감소에 대한 교육인 반편견 교육이 강조되고 있다. 다문화가정 학생들이 학교 현장에 늘어나면서 그들에 대한 차별의 금지와 관용의 태도를 함양시킬 필요가 증가하고 있기 때문이다. 이 연구가 설정하고 있는 반편견 교육은 도덕교육과 다문화교육에 의해 그 목적과 내용 그리고 방법을 제공받고 있으며 그 공통영역 속에 존재한다. 모두 다 다양성의 인정을 통한 사회통합을 제안하고 있기 때문이며 다양성의 존중이라는 주제는 반편견 교육에서 중심위치를 차지하고 있기 때문이다. 반편견 교육의 개념, 목표, 내용으로 이루어진 반편견 교육의 개념틀에 맞춰 이 연구는 반편견 교육 모형을 제시하고 그 사례를 들고 있다. 반편견 교육모형은 표면적 교육과정과 잠재적 교육과정을 포함하고 있으며, 도덕교과와 다른 모든 교과를 통한 교육방법과 학교의 반편견적인 분위기 형성에 의한 방법을 강조하고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Due to the spreading diversity of global society, Korea and Korean educational world have experienced the multicultural features: the increase of student population from multicultural families based on intermarriage. This experience makes aware of anti-prejudice education which prevents from discriminating behaviors of majority students against multicultural students. This study proposes the framework of Anti-prejudice education supported by moral education and multicultural education theories. According to this framework, a model of Anti-prejudice educational method can be suggested. This model consists of two parts: moral education methods and cooperative learning methods which are able to be practiced in current curriculum; and the formation of school anti-prejudice atmosphere related to latent curriculum.
