국내 성인의 간세포암 환자의 건강증진정보와 관련된 요인 = Factors Related to Health Promoting Information in Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma in Domestic Adults

This study was conducted to identify the factors related on health promoting information in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma in domestic adults. Data were surveyed using interview and questionnaires by 170 patients who visited a general hospital which was located in Metropolitan area from November 10 to December 12, 2014. As a result of study, first, significant negative association was observed in physical activity groups than groups which don’t perform physical activity(OR=0.75, Cl=0.58-0.91). Second, drinking alcohol showed a positive significant association with risk for the incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma(OR=4.15, Cl=2.92-11.64) in groups which do consumption of three times more per week. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop information intervention and health education for patient to raise the internal health behaviors of the control and self-esteem and encourage attending cancer preventive education to improve the preventive behaviors against hepatocellular carcinoma.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 국내 성인의 간세포암 환자의 건강증진정보와 관련된 요인을 규명하고자 시도하였다. 자료수집은 2014년 11월 10일부터 12월 12일까지 수도권 지역의 종합병원을 내원한 환자 170명을 설문 및 면접조사를 하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 신체활동군이 신체활동을 하지 않는 군에 비해 교차비가 0.75로 간세포암 발생 위험을 유의하게 감소시켰다(OR=0.75, Cl=0.58-0.91). 둘째, 음주를 주 3회 이상 마실 경우 간세암 발생과 유의하게 관련되었다(OR=4.15, Cl=2.92-11.64). 결론적으로 간세포암 환자의 암 예방행위를 높이기 위해서는 내적 통제와 자아존중감을 높이고 암 교육정보를 독력하는 정보중재와 보건교육을 개발하는 것이 필요하다.
