      1. The subject and purpose of the study
      . The criteria of the facts relative to independent learning are formed theoretically.
      . The problems of independent learning are analyzed according to the criteria.
      . The improved methods of independent learning are inquired.
      2. The method of the study
      The improved method is discussed from the viewpoint of the theory by applying liter-ature research and the factual method of investigation, finding the criteria of the process of research in the theoretical reseach, and finding the problems in the factual method of investigation.
      3. The results of the study
      . The criteria relative to independent learning are formed.
      . Theachers' view of value, teaching theory and skill, and the lack of creative effort are considered the problem of independent learning.

      . Teachers' value of view should be varied independently by group discussion of teachers and workshop of the life norm of the group of teachers.
      . Teaching theory and skill should be improved by cultivating theory and skill by the way of the practical investigation on classroom teaching.
