유아의 기질과 어머니의 양육스트레스가 어머니의 보육만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

부모의 보육만족도에 관한 연구들은 대부분 보육의 질적 수준제고 방향에서 이루어져 왔으나 본 연구에서는 유아의 개인특성인 기질과 어머니의 상황변인인 양육스트레스가 어머니의 보육만족도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 유아의 기질과 어머니의 양육스트레스 및 어머니의 보육만족도의 일반적 경향성에서 유아의 기질은 전반적으로 평균정도의 점수를 나타냈으며, 양육스트레스 또한 전반적으로 평균수준으로 나타났으나 어머니들의 보육만족도는 평균이상으로 나타났다. 유아의 기질과 어머니의 양육스트레스가 어머니의 보육만족도에 미치는 영향력에서는 어머니의 사회적 고립과 유아의 활동성 순으로 영향력의 크기가 나타났다. 유아의 기질 및 어머니의 양육스트레스에 따른 보육만족도의 차이는 유아의 기질 및 어머니의 스트레스에 따라 유의한 주효과가 나타나지 않았으나 기질의 정서성과 스트레스의 정도간의 상호작용효과는 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study has been performed to identify the effects of children's temperament and mothers' parental stress on mothers' satisfaction of child-care. The subjects for this study were 131 mothers whose preschoolers aged 4 to 6 were enrolled in 4 daycare centers located in Seoul. F-test, Correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. The main results of this study were as follows. Mothers' satisfaction on child care by children's temperament and mothers' parenting stress was not significantly found a main effect. But interaction effect between children's temperament and mothers' parenting stress on mothers' satisfaction of child-care was significant(F=5.65, p＜.05). The correlations among the sub-variables of children's temperament, mothers' parenting stress and mothers' satisfaction on child care were significant only between children's emotion and mothers' satisfaction on child care(r=.24, p＜.01), between mothers' incompetency in parenting stress and mothers' satisfaction on child care(r=-.19, p＜0.5), and between mothers' social isolation. Mothers' satisfaction on child-care was significantly influenced by two factors: Mothers' social isolation and children's emotion.
