문제행동 유아의 정서지능 향상을 위한 예술치료 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 - 누리과정을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오늘날 가족 구조에 많은 변화가 생기고 맞벌이 부부의 증가로 인해 유아들은 어린이집이나 유치원에서 생활하게 되었다. 이러한 이유로 유아들이 부모와 떨어져 밖에서 보내는 시간이 늘어나게 되면서 문제행동을 보이는 유아들이 증가하고 있다. 그리고 문제행동 유아는 교육기관에서 적응하지 못하고 또래와의 관계에서도 소외되고 있다. 상기의 문제를 해결하기 위해 많은 교육학자들은 문제행동을 유아의 정서지능을 향상시켜 해결할 수 있다고 보고 하였다. 그러나 유아의 누리과정 교사용 지도서에는 정서지능과 관련된 활동이 미비하여 교사들은 문제행동 유아를 개선하는 것에 한계를 느끼고 있다. 이에 교육 현장에서는 문제행동 유아의 정서지능 향상을 위한 다양한 프로그램이 필요한 실정이다. 예술치료는 감각운동, 리듬, 색상, 이미지 등의 매체는 생의 초기 경험과 상호 소통을 가능하게 하기 때문에 안전하면서도 효율적으로 심리적인 문제들에 접근하고 치료할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 문제행동 유아의 정서지능 향상을 위해 누리과정과 예술치료를 연계하여 예술치료 프로그램을 설계하였다. 프로그램의 목적은 Goleman의 정서지능 이론에서 5개 구성요소인 정서인식, 정서조절, 자기 동기화, 감정이입, 대인관계 기술로 설정하고. 내용은 누리과정의 5개 영역 중 3개 영역(신체운동, 의사소통, 예술체험영역)과 예술치료 중 놀이, 독서, 음악, 미술을 연계하여 총 12회기 프로그램으로 재구성하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Today, with many changes in the family structure and the increase in dual-earner couples, infants went early child care center or education center. For this reason, the number of toddlers with problematic behaviors is increasing because infants spend time away from their parents. And problematic behavior toddlers are not able to adapt to educational institutions and are neglected in relation with their peers. To solve these problems, many educators reported that problem behaviors can be solved by improving toddlers`s emotional intelligence. However, in Nuri curriculum instructor`s guide, the standard education program of toddler is insufficient in activity related to emotional intelligence and teachers are limited in improving instructing toddler with problematic behaviors or improving emotional intelligence. Therefore, in education field, it requires various programs to improve emotional intelligence of problematic behavior toddler. Art therapy can approach and cure psychological problems safely and efficiently because sensory exercise, rhythm, color, and image media enable interaction with early experience of life. Thus, this study designed an arts therapy program by relating Nuri curriculum and arts therapy in order to improve the emotional intelligence of problematic behavior toddler. The goals of this program are set to 5 elements of Goleman`s emotional intelligence theory; emotion recognition, emotion control, self-motivation, empathy and human relation skills. The program contents are composed of 12 session programs related to 3 parts(physical exercise, communication, arts experience) among 5 areas of Nuri curriculum, play, reading, music, arts among arts therapy methods.
