The purpose of this study is to present the development direction of the cruise port infrastructure in Korea. The meaningful findings on the basis of the empirical analysis can be briefly summarized as follows. First, the expert group selected Busan and Incheon as suitable harbors or international terminals for the cruise. They brought up the surrounding tourism resources and the involvement of airline and cruise as reason for it. They also estimated that the combined work with government and cruise developers would be more reasonable in the Korean economic conditions. Second, in terms of the non-port factors, it is widely recognised that surrounding tourism resources, the involved ground transportation, parking space, shopping centers, international airport, and the easy accessibility to the airport are also important factors for the development. By contrast the importance of accommodation is relatively less important factor.
