퍼포먼스 개념을 통해서 본 연행으로서의 굿 연구

This study is intended to show the direction for an artistic expressional form as a new modern form of performance. This study is on the hasis of analysis of structure and contents between the Korean exorcism and performance derived froue western post modernism. The methodology of this study uses qualified approaching method that contains document analysis, consultation, attending observation, comparison-analysis. The results are as follows. The analyzed study on four factors of western midern plays based on western and oriental form shows that space, spectators have sane trait and composition, expressional factors, actors have different trait due to essential concept differences. In addition, the study also presents theoretical basis that can regards an exorcism as a form of a public performance v-hich can be accepted by modern, progressive concept of Performance through applying western progressive experimental producer, Richard Shekner`s 7-level analysis iheory to the Korean exorcism. The results demand to build stage mechanism of flowing, changeable and oteeen concept, based on equality through our country`s reality of performance. The introduction of the expressional media trait of an exorcism that means harmonious unity in organic order of each genre based on open thoughts is expected to bring diversity depending on derivation of new genre and expansion of creating materials.
