The purpose of this study is to identify the nature of human rights violations occurring in the group through examples of their experiences for members belonging to elite sports players, and to explore the cause and reason of the case. To this end, phenomenological research methods were applied, and analysis data were collected and used for analysis through literature research, participatory observation, and in-depth interviews for about four months from June to October 2022, and the meaning of the analysis experience is as follows. First, the component was derived as “the experience of human rights violations of elite sports players”, and the sub-elements were derived as “invisible personal secretaries” and “shackles of group life”. Second, the components were derived as “the method of human rights violations among members of the elite sports player group”, and the sub-factors were derived as “inheritance of culture”, “discrimination”, “unspoken pressure”, and “a right of immunity called training”. Third, the components were derived as “the cause and reason for human rights violations within the elite sports player group”, and the sub-factors were “prejudice against the group”, “silence”, “defensive attitude”, and “a meaningless education system”.
