농어촌 지역 폐교지 활용실태에 관한 기초연구 : With Special Reference to CHONBUK Province 전라북도를 중심으로 = A Study on the Application Program of Abolished School in Farming and Fishing Communities

The purpose of this study was search for application program of abolition of a school in farming and fishing communities.
The results were summarized as follow.
Firstly, 240 schools were abolition of a school in CHONBUK Province, and of there 142 schools(59.2%) were sold and leased, 18 schools(7.5%) practical used, 80 sohools(33.3%) left. The present state of things.
Secondly, abolition of a school by regional groups, CHINAN-GUN has broken out at 30 schools(12.5%), MUJU-GUN has broken cut 25 schools(10.4%), CHANGSU-GUN has broken at 16 schools(16.6%). But, that is concentrate in farming and fishing communities.
Thirdly, the need and importance of abolition of a school has been raised and try to approach it from aspect of creation of newly educational environment and the possibility of utilizing this at the civil park and the local place of cultural exchange have been recognized.
And, as a treatment countermeasure of abolition of a school increase rent percentage grope for the principle of public interests fires and educational function, and introduce of systematic use program.
