청소년 프로그램 개발의 통합적 접근모델에 대한 고찰 = A Study of an Integrative Approach Model to Youth Program Development

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 프로그램 개발의 통합적 접근모델 발달에 대한 고찰을 통해 청소년 프로그램 개발자들에게 프로그램 개발 접근법에 대한 이해를 도모하고 통찰의 기회를 제공하기 위함이다. 청소년 프로그램은 단지 위기 청소년뿐만 아니라 모든 청소년들에게 체계적인 예방차원의 서비스로서 의미있는 방법이다. 궁극적으로 청소년들의 성공적인 발달을 도모하기 위해 필수적인 요소이다. 그러나 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 청소년 실천현장에서 이론적으로 체계적인 프로그램 개발의 중요성이 간과되는 측면이 없지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 관련문헌연구를 통하여 다양한 이론적 틀에 기반한 다양한 접근법을 탐색하였으며 그 결과 예방적 접근, 탄력성 접근, 긍정적 청소년 발달 접근의 개념을 통합하여 통합적인 청소년 프로그램 개발 접근 모델을 예비적으로 개발하였다. 본 개발모델은 후속연구를 통해 더 정교화 되어야만 하고 현장 검증을 통해 그 적용력이 입증되어야 할 것이다.
