별빛고등학교 조직 구조 개편 컨설팅 사례 연구- 고교학점제 정책을 중심으로 - = A Case Study of ByulBit High School’s Organizational Restructuring Consulting - Focused on the High School Credit System -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study explores the case of ByulBit High School's organizational restructuring consulting, which requested 1) What are the procedures of it? 2) What are the results of it? 3) What are the educational administrative implications of it? It was conducted for the purpose of solving three research problems. The results of are as follows.
First, the ByulBit High School organizational restructuring procedure was carried out in five steps, including status analysis, organizational structure analysis, member demand analysis, job analysis, and organizational restructuring. Second, a model for reorganization of ByulBit High School was established and proposed with a systematic structure of principal-community-3 center-5 and community-12 teams (separate 1 team)-5 won. Third, as an educational administrative implication of the case of ByulBit High School organizational restructuring, it was suggested that it was time for an innovative change in the school organization structure and the need for practical research on the reorganization of the school organization structure.
In conclusion, for the successful and stable settlement of the high school credit system, discussions on reorganizing the school organization suitable for the situation and context of the school need to be activated academically, institutionally, and policy.
