민주공화정 덕목과 기본소득 = Virtue of Democratic Republic and Basic Income

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The universal political system of modern nations is a democratic republic. Members of the Democratic Republic search after human dignity, liberty, equality, participation and compliance for autonomy and coexistence. However, they endure life under economic threat due to 'income polarization', which has occurred regardless of the intent of 'the fourth industrial revolution' and 'neo-liberalism'. Economic threats make community members the relation between master and servant. It violates the autonomy and co-existence of the majority. In this condition, virtues of a democratic republic is meaningless. The basic income may be discussed as an alternative of economic threat. The basic income, which has been discussed frequently in recent years, has not been suddenly presented by modern scholars. Basic income is an accumulation of 'reflection on human life' that has been considered since the collapse of the despotic monarchy. It is a concept that focuses on the right of a community member than an individual. Therefore, It is appropriate for democracy republic. Basic income groups point out a problem of 'monopoly and private wealth' for nature and property. They emphasized the necessity of 'common wealth'. Basic income that tends to be 'common wealth' will be based on the realization of a democratic republic and conversion of new values.
